How it works…
Qualifying products display the Mighty Fast Delivery Guaranteed stamp (pictured above) on the product page. If all your selections are eligible, this will be confirmed in the Checkout and your shipment will show a Delivery ETA indicating when you can expect your items to be delivered.
If we fail to deliver your items within the guaranteed timeframe - let us know, and we'll credit the delivery fee back to your Mighty Ape account. We'll also give you a free delivery code to use against your next order.
Primate members enjoy free delivery on all their orders, but can still benefit from the guarantee - if you're a Primate and your items don't arrive on time, let us know and we'll credit $5.00 to your Mighty Ape account.
The fine print…
To qualify for the Mighty Fast Delivery Guarantee, shipments must:
- Contain only "In Stock" items (if you are ordering a mixture of in stock and out of stock items, ensure you select "Send each item as soon as it's ready" in the Checkout so that the in-stock items can ship separately)
- Be delivered to an address located in New Zealand
- NOT be delivered to a Rural Delivery address
- NOT be using Internet Banking as the payment method
- NOT contain any items considered to be "Dangerous Goods" (such as fragrances or lithium batteries)
- NOT exceed the size and weight limits for our standard courier delivery service
Please look for the Mighty Fast Delivery Guaranteed stamp in the checkout to confirm that your items qualify for the guarantee. If it is not displayed - your chosen selections are not eligible.
In special circumstances your order might qualify for the guarantee at the time it is placed in the checkout, and then become ineligible afterwards:
- Payment by Credit Card: If we are unable to charge your card immediately (for example, the charge is declined due to insufficient funds, or the card number was entered incorrectly) and as a result, we cannot process your shipment on the expected dispatch date, the guarantee will not apply
- Payment by Online Eftpos: If your Online Eftpos payment request is not completed immediately after checking out and as a result, we cannot process your shipment on the expected dispatch date, the guarantee will not apply
- Approval: In some cases, we might request more information from you to verify your order after it is placed. Usually, this can be completed within a few hours but if we cannot process your shipment on the expected dispatch date because we are waiting for a response from you, the guarantee will not apply
Trade Account customers are not eligible for the guarantee. The guarantee applies only to orders placed through the Mighty Ape website.
